The elecrem mini-dairy allows handling 250 to 5000 litres of milk per hour with equipment based on advanced technology, dependable and easy to use.
The elecrem mini-dairy can include up to four main production lines :

o Yoghurt and cottage cheese manufacture and packaging 
o Production of soft and pressed cheeses
