APPLICATIONS

Heat treatment processes : pasteurization, mixing and maturation, curdling. 

Designed to produce yogurt and cheese from pasteurized milk.

ADVANTAGES

Electric or hot water heating.
 Cooling per tap water or icy water circulation.
 Heating monitored per a thermostat on each resistance.
 Stirring by the mixing element with mater and speed reducer controlled by variator/switch located on the central panel (wire length 5 meter).
 Cover in one piece bearing the mater and speed reducer of the mixer.
