APPLICATIONS:
Using blank or printed polyethylene film, the machine forms pouch and then doses and fills them. It seals and detaches the pouches. The ELBAG is suitable for all liquids, such as pasteurized milk, fruit juice and still soft drinks.

	ELBAG 1500:		1500 x 1 litre pouch per hour
	ELBAG 3000:		3000 x 1 litre pouch per hour
	ELBAG 5000:		5000 x 1 litre pouch per hour

DESIGN:
The mounting is equipped with the following: 
· An unreeling system in which the film passes in front of a germicidal lamp. 
· A vertical press (equipped with an embossing dating system). 
· A horizontal press. 
· A dosing system for the liquid. - 

All parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel and are easy to clean. 

The mounting of the machine is made of stainless steel.
· The electrical cabinet is separated from the mechanical elements.
  

FILLING AND DOSING EQUIPMENT :
· Buffer tank with a constant level at the top 
· Filling tube 
· Filling valve 

The exact quantity of liquid to be dosed is determined by the opening of the filling valve. 
The volume of the pouches can be changed by adjusting the opening travel of the valve, which can be done easily.
Filling precision :+/- 3 g. for 1 litre with a regular supplying of the buffer tank.
